1. Operator

2. What the service provides

The free check covers the homepage, selected HTTP headers, the HTTP-to-HTTPS redirect and stated features of the public response. The report distinguishes observations, issues needing attention and items that could not be assessed. It describes the time and scope of the read, including responses affected by intermediaries or server protections.

We do not log in, attempt exploitation, run load tests or execute the checked website’s JavaScript. The result is not a full penetration test, certificate, legal compliance assessment or guarantee that vulnerabilities are absent. Findings and suggested fixes need assessment in the context of your system.

3. Authorization and acceptable use

Only check websites you control or whose owner has authorized you to request these reads. Submitting an address confirms that you have that authority. The Pro test requires a current DNS TXT proof and separate explicit authorization for up to 25 public HTTPS URLs on one hostname. A retest requires renewed proof and authorization for the same scope.

Do not submit secrets or confidential data. Do not bypass limits, attempt access to private networks, overload the service or third-party infrastructure, harass anyone or disclose another party’s report without authority. We may reject or stop reads that violate these rules or threaten service operation.

4. Starting, access and stopping

The service starts when you submit the check form. You need an internet connection and a current browser with JavaScript. No account or payment card is required. You may stop using it at any time; closing the tab may not cancel a read already underway.

A free report remains accessible through its private link for 7 days and can be downloaded. Test orders show their own expiry in the interface. Keep links away from unauthorized people. We do not promise uninterrupted beta availability or a specific completion time: limits, outages, target blocking or incomplete reads may prevent a result. None of those outcomes means that the website passed a security assessment.

5. Pro status and price

The displayed PLN 149 including tax is a proposed one-time Pro price, not an active sales offer. The test flow may be unavailable without Stripe TEST configuration. If test checkout is available, it is a simulation only: use Stripe test details, never a real card. We take no money and do not grant an entitlement to a future paid service.

Before sales begin, we will publish paid-service terms, the final price, complaint arrangements and applicable consumer-rights information. These beta terms do not replace those requirements.

6. Complaints and accessibility

Report a fault, complaint or accessibility barrier to kontakt@balanceit.pl. Include a description, date, browser and reply address; do not send passwords or card details. We will respond to a complaint within 14 days. If the interface prevents access to your result, describe the issue so we can arrange an accessible way to provide the information.

We do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The beta label does not remove your legal protections.

7. Updates and applicable law

New versions are published with a date and apply to new checks; they do not retroactively change an agreed scope. Polish law applies without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your country. The Polish and English versions describe the same service; contact us about any discrepancy so we can clarify it.
